Is it permissible for a man to use a contraceptive, such as a condom, on the first night after his leave? I am asking this question because it is possible for a wife to become pregnant by the command of Allah, but we do not want to have children so soon after our marriage, please explain it?
Praise be to Allaah. If the husband does not want children, then it is permissible to evict him, and it is permissible to use a condom in the same way, but there is a condition that it is necessary to get the permission of the wife for eviction, because the wife has the right to have children. The evidence for this is the following hadeeth: Jabir ibn ‘Abd Allah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: He did not forbid us to do so. ”Sahih Bukhari Hadith No. (250) Sahih Muslim Hadith No. (160). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about the removal of the child. Is the proof.
Imam al-Nawawi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: It is permissible to have intercourse with one’s wife and when ejaculation is near, then the penis should be pulled out and ejaculation should be done outside the vagina. Whether he agrees with the dismissal or not, because it is genocide. That is why it is said in the hadeeth, In the same way that a child is killed by being buried alive, except for the issue of its being haraam, then our companions do not call it haraam. ۔
That which is not in the hadeeths will be applied to the abomination of disgrace, and those ahaadeeth which are permitted will be imposed on him that it is not haraam to do so, and this does not mean that abomination is being denied here. In short, a Muslim should do this only when he needs to, for example, if his wife is ill and cannot bear the pregnancy, or if he has difficulty in doing so, or if the pregnancy continues to harm him and If I need some time then it is permissible.
And also because the purpose of marriage is lost in ejaculation, because the purpose of marriage involves multiple generations, and then ejaculation does not fulfill the pleasure of the woman, because the pleasure of the woman comes after ejaculation.
